Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama's provider programs and initiatives are designed to benefit our providers. Alabama Quality Initiatives
Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama is committed to the development, implementation, administration and monitoring of programs designed to promote the delivery of quality healthcare and services. As a result, Blue Cross maintains a Quality Management (QM) program designed to promote compliance with applicable standards and regulations by systematically monitoring, evaluating and improving the care and service delivered to customers while focusing on health status, health outcomes and experience.
