In an effort to help our customers make more informed decisions, satisfaction surveys will be collected for providers who treat Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama patients. Consumers have expressed a strong desire for consumer ratings and reviews for Blue Cross providers. Patients have been found to be more engaged if given the opportunity to voice their opinions.

The survey collection process began in early 2010. The ability to submit a survey for a particular provider is based on the submission of a claim for that patient, by that provider, and the surveys will only be completed electronically behind AlabamaBlue.com/myBlueCross. This site requires a secure log-in.
