If you are an Alabama dentist, log in to ProviderAccess to submit primary, secondary and corrected electronic claims to Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama. A link to "Claim Entry (eClaims)" can be found under Patient & Claim in the main menu. You may submit electronic claims through your practice management software, clearinghouse or our online eClaims application.

Electronic remittances are available through your practice management software or clearinghouse. Online remittances are available each Monday prior to the Thursday payroll date and can be printed or saved to your computer as a PDF file.

To view your online remittances, log in to ProviderAccess. A link to "Remittance" can be found under Payment & Refund in the main menu.
